Click on the desired rule from the rule list. The Rule record opens. At the bottom of the record, you will see four options:
Assign to All Users
Remove All Users
Assign to All Services
Remove All Services
To assign the rule to all users, click Assign to All Users.
To remove this rule's assignment from all users, click Remove from All Users.
To assign a rule to all services, click Assign to All Services.
To remove this rule from all services, Remove All Services,
Click Apply.
Change rule assignments for individual employees or services:
Click on the desired rule from the rule list.
Click Assignees Management. The Assignees Management pane opens with individual users assigned to the specific rule. Individual users who are already assigned to the rule have the rule assignment marked as active.
clear the corresponding checkbox on the entry to remove the rule from that individual user or service.
To assign a user to a rule, search for the employee by entering search terms into the search box.
Click the check box associated with the employee to whom you want to assign the rule. The employee's user entry is displayed.
